The classes in here include light Pilates suitable for beginners. A work harder section with classes to get those muscles going even more and a targeted Pilates section where we work specifically on certain areas e.g abdominals, glutes etc.
You have access to a live weekly class, plus an archive of over 70 classes, which you can access any time. This means you can do as many classes per week as you wish at a time that suits you.
The live class is on a Thursday evening 7pm-7.30pm. Each week I try to make it a bit different alongside practising some of the classic favourite exercises.

This is a 20 min per day Pilates class which you can do in the comfort of your own home, at a time that suits you. Each day you will receive an e-mail reminder with a link to the pre recorded class, plus some tips and motivation to keep you going!
Each class is just 20 mins, this is enough to make you feel much better, build strength but importantly easily fit a great work out into your day!

I show you how to use your deep tummy muscles to begin strengthening and toning your tummy and tips on working your pelvic floor.
The next video shows you how to start Pilates exercises in the correct comfortable position.
Then there are two videos with exercises to try, one easy and one harder, so before you sign up you can see how I teach and if this is going to suit you.
Finally, there is a 5 minute video just showing you some stretches to do if you are feeling a little stiff.
